The Leap Home, Part I (episode)
Jan 09, Katie marked it as to-read. I must find this and read it! View 1 comment. Apr 07, Edward Davies rated it really liked it Shelves: 4-star-reads. This was the first of the original Quantum Leap novels to be written by someone other than Ashley McConnell, and you can tell because it is much more of a lighter read. The story concerns a love triangle at a Medieval re-enactment, and as such isn't the heavyweight you might expect, but it is pretty entertaining after a misleading start and it delivers everything you'd expect from a Quantum leap novel.

I initially disliked Barbara Maxwell a lot. I thought she was the one who was the selfish jerk here.
That was mitigated somewhat by her coming around and doing right by her kid. Dove and Kevin were better; I could relate to them, although why either of them would want to have anything to do with Max was beyond me.

I guess love can make you blind. Best Scene The scenes with Marie were amusing. It was funny how she was so obsessed with having to watch her shows. Say What? What is up with Ziggy here? Some of the scenes between her and Al were amusing, but there was too much about Ziggy and the Y2K virus.
Pick one of them. I found a little blub about her saying she was a schoolteacher on the alibris.
